Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: We offer free shipping on all orders over $125.00. Shipping for all orders under $125.00 will have a flat shipping rate of $8.95. It varies depending on whether your order is being shipped domestically or internationally.

A: Yes! We ship worldwide!
  
Q: Is your website secure?

A: Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing your products. We never store any information about our customer’s private details.
Q: How do I order on your website?
   
A: Simply find the product you want and click the "Add To Cart" or "Buy Now” button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we will have your order shipped to you as soon as possible.”
      
Returns/Exchange Policy:

 

We will accept returns/exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 3 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Noemie's part. 

All orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return/exchange.

Please fill out and submit the "Contact Form" on the Contact page with the subject "Return Request" or "Exchange Request", within those 3 days, and we will get back to you with further instructions. 

All returned items must be accompanied by the Packing Slip and customs documents (if applicable). Items that cannot be returned for credit are as follows...
